WARRANTY PERIOD
There will be a 7 day DOA ONLY Warranty on everything except for "CLEARANCE" or "AS IS" or "FINAL SALE" items all of which will be clearly marked. This warranty will start on the day of receipt for UPS deliveries ONLY.

There are ABSOLUTELY NO REFUNDS, RETURNS or EXCHANGES on ANY item purchased from or through eBay.

TERMS OF SALE
You are bound and agree to the following terms on your purchase from Store47.

Warranty covers against defects in workmanship, not suitability of purpose

Quantities are limited, therefore if your equipment is no longer in stock or available we will contact you and either send you an item of either equivalent or greater value. If this is not satisfactory you will be given a FULL refund.

Store47 liability shall be limited, at its option to repair or replacement of any part or parts which may be found to be defective under normal use within the warranty period, which begins from the date of receipt, and upon our examination to our satisfaction item is found to be defective and not abused, misused improperly installed or altered. The maximum liability of Store47.com to any person whatsoever arising out of or in connection with the sale or use of its equipment, whether such liability arises from a claim based upon contract, warranty, tort, or otherwise, shall in no case exceed the actual value of the equipment paid by the purchaser. Store47.com shall not be liable to the purchaser or to anyone else for incidental or consequential damages.

Warranty service will be performed without charge from 9:00am to 5:00pm, Monday-Friday, excluding our holidays. Anything outside those hours at our prevailing service rates and subject to the availability of personnel

RETURN MERCHANDISE POLICY AND INFORMATION

Repair and Return Policy:
To repair a part under warranty, return the merchandise with RMA number, a copy of the original invoice or e-mail and explanation of the problem. We will repair or replace the part after receiving it at our discretion.

Store47.com reserves the right to replace defective parts or equipment with parts of equivilant or greater value which may not be identical to the original equipment / parts.

Returned Products will only be accepted under the following conditions:

If you are claiming a refund for a part, the original shipping, handling and return shipping charges are non-refundable.


Obtaining an RMA Number:
If you experience a problem with your equipment please report it to us immediately. Your equipment will be exchanged or repaired, at our option, unless it is covered by the manufacturer's warranty. Problems reported after the warranty ends will NOT be eligible for warranty repair or replacement.
If your equipment has been damaged in transit, please report it to us immediately. Problems reported after 24hrs may not be eligible for replacement or reimbursement. We will replace your equipment or issue a refund once the shipping carrier has approved our claim.

Before returning any item, you must either call or email us for a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number within your warranty period which starts from the date of receipt. (631) 643-1038.

The RMA number must CLEARLY be PRINTED on either your return packing label or the box itself. Returns will not be accepted without a RMA.

RMA numbers are valid for seven (7) days from the date of issuance. If you do not provide us with a tracking number within the 7 days your RMA # is VOID and item will be refused when delivery is attempted at Store47.com

SHIPPING YOUR EQUIPMENT BACK TO US
All returned products must be clearly marked on the outside of the package with a valid RMA number.
All returns must be received back within 10 days of the RMA number being issued.
Returned Products must be in as-new or as-shipped condition, in their original packaging with all appropriate product documentation included in the original package which may or may not include the following: manuals, diskettes, power cables and other items (ANY and ALL) included with a product.

All returns must be shipped by you via a traceable carrier (UPS, FedEx, DHL, etc.) pre-paid, and insured for your safety (especially if valued over US $100) or YOU accept the risk of loss or damage during shipment.



EXTENT OF WARRANTY
The Warranty does not cover suitable of purpose or fitness for a particular purpose. This warranty does not cover any items that are in one or more of the following categories: any software programs, whether pre-loaded with equipment, installed subsequent or otherwise, external devices, accessories or parts added to a product after shipped from or delivered by Store47.com. Monitors, keyboard and mice that are included as part of the system are covered under this warranty, all other monitors, keyboards and mice are not covered. The warranty does not cover the repair or exchange of equipment purchased resulting from misuse, accident, modification, unsuitable physical or operating environment, improper maintenance by you, or failure caused by a product which we are not responsible for or problems caused by use of parts and components not supplied by us and used in conjunction with parts or items purchased from us. This warranty is voided by removal or alteration of equipment or parts from their original cases or enclosures.

Please take note: on any item selling for $25.00 or more we take time to either mark the part in a unambiguous manner or recording serial numbers, part numbers or even pictures of items particularly with high value equipment to ensure there is no second guessing or game playing. We have encountered in the past people buying items from us and trying to send back dead or defective equipment claiming we sold them "JUNK". Be assured when an item leaves here it is in the EXACT condition described. Items do not MAGICALLY stop working in transit / during shipping unless UPS damages the item and at that point THEY (UPS) are responsible for reimbursement.
